We want you to be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days, provided it is in the original packaging and in resalable condition. We will credit your charge account for the cost of the item minus a 25% restocking fee on all products products as of July 1st, 2007. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, nor do we reimburse for the cost of returning the item. Should you choose to make a return, it is very important that you follow these instructions:
- All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a specific Ship-to Address. Do not send the return to the our offices. Wait for the RA# and Ship-to Address. To receive the RA# and Ship-to Address, call our customer service number (804) 226-1155 ext. 225. The RA# must be obtained before returning any item, otherwise it will not be accepted.
- We is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. We recommend that you insure the package and require a signature upon receipt. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
